“Greetings! I’m blessed to share my journey with you and how my experiences have shaped me into the transformational life coach I am today. Raised in the heart of rural America in Kansas, my upbringing has instilled in me strong values and a deep personal conviction as a Believer. My faith is at the foundation of every lesson I’ve learned; it’s a source of strength and inspiration that I carry into my work with women seeking to restore their lives and discover dreams they carry in their heart.

I am deeply grateful for the journey that has led me to become a life coach, and I want to share how my faith in God has been a cornerstone in this incredible experience. Having navigated the pain of two childhood divorces and faced the challenges of two divorces as an adult, I know firsthand the emotional turmoil and confusion that can arise from such experiences. For many years, I carried the weight of those broken relationships, often blaming myself for their failures. It wasn’t until I embraced forgiveness and truly understood God’s unconditional love that I began to heal.

Through my unwavering faith and dedication to personal growth, I not only found healing but also discovered the keys to building a thriving marriage and cultivating flourishing relationships. Today, my husband Ken and I enjoy our daily lives together creating experiences and honoring a journey we both really love. We take great delight in participating in our grown children’s lives and adore being grandparents to our first grandchild.

In addition to my personal struggles with relationships, I faced significant financial difficulties that often left me feeling overwhelmed by debt and scarcity. Childhood recollections are riddled with memories of lack and hardship. Yet even then, God’s hand of provision took care of me numerous time. With God’s guidance and a shift in my mindset, I have transformed my financial outlook and released a stronghold of poverty. Today, I enjoy the freedom that comes with smart budgeting, entrepreneurial ventures, and wise financial choices that have set me up for a successful and abundant future.

Health and well-being are also paramount in my life—finding balance in body, spirit, and soul is key to achieving true success and high performance. There have been seasons in my life where I constantly felt tired, weak, unmotivated and uninspired in my health journey. And let me tell you sister, menopause brain and body struggles are real! Because I have been there, I understand how overwhelming life can feel, and that’s why I’m so passionate about helping others break free from fear and step into the life that God has designed for them.
